Canyon Cove Resorts & Spa

Linearworks Corporation treated employees to a fun-filled day at Canyon Cove Resorts and Spa, Nasugbu, Batangas last  May 18, 2024. This management-organized event offered a break from daily routines, allowing employees to soak up the summer sun at the beach. The half day was packed with group activities designed to foster teamwork, unity, and sportsmanship, while also providing opportunities for employees to bond and build camaraderie.

One of the highlights of this year's company outing was the 2nd LC Hottie and Hunkie 2024 contest. Confident and attractive employees showcased their creativity with unique swimwear and demonstrated their showmanship and physical qualities. Each section and department showed strong support for their candidates, which helped build confidence and self-esteem among the participants.

In addition to the planned activities, employees enjoyed delicious food and the relaxing atmosphere of the resort. The main objective of this company outing was to provide fun, relaxing, and enjoyable activities for employees, allowing them more leisure time to enjoy the location. This event successfully boosted employee morale, promoted company culture, and fostered social connections among employees.

On June 15, 2024, Linearworks Corporation held its 3rd LC Family Run, called the "FaMealy" run, as it included a meal with their families after the fun run activity. The 3rd LC Family Run saw participation from 129 employees and their family members. It was a fun-filled half-day event with exciting games for kids and those young at heart following the run.

As Filipinos, "pukpok palayok" is a traditional game often featured in children's party celebrations. While many children today are immersed in technology, the "FaMealy" Run aimed to bridge the generational gap by including classic Filipino games like "pukpok palayok. This game brought smiles to the faces of young and old as they participated together. Witnessing the pure joy of children breaking palayok and when they managed to get even one candy from the broken palayok was priceless and a truly heartwarming experience.

The essence of the Family Run was more than to raise funds to help the community but also to create lasting memories and foster quality time for families to bond and connect.

In a strong show of community support, Linearworks Corporation donated 1,000 pieces whistles, five complete medicine kits, and a collection of used books to Maduya Elementary School on August 16, 2024, as part of this year's Brigada Eskwela initiative.

Understanding the importance of safety in schools, Linearworks Corporation provided whistles, which are essential tools in emergency situations. These whistles will be distributed to every student, teacher, and staff member at Maduya Elementary School, ensuring that they are better equipped to respond to potential emergencies. This initiative aims to enhance the overall safety and well-being of the school community.

Additionally, the donation of medicine kits will help the school manage minor health concerns more effectively, while the used books will enrich the school's library, providing students with valuable learning resources.
